PS4/Vita game ships in N. America, Europe in November NIS America began streaming a trailer for its Demon Gaze II game on Thursday. The video previews the game's Asteria setting, and also shows some of the monsters the players will face throughout the game. The game will launch for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in North America on November 14 and in Europe on November 17. The game will be available in both physical and digital copies. Both consoles will have a limited edition with a soundtrack, hardcover art book, and collector's box. Kadokawa Games released Demon Gaze II for PS Vita in Japan last September. NIS America previously released the first Demon Gaze fantasy dungeon role-playing game for the PS Vita in North America and in Europe in April 2014. NIS America describes the story: The world's western frontier—with a dark shroud covering his memories of the past. Last month, IDW Publishing announced a Goosebumps comic book series, inspired by R.L. Stine’s classic line of children’s horror novels. The series is slated to run for three-issue arcs, from a variety of creative teams starting with Monsters at Midnight by writer Jeremy Lambert and artist Chris Fenoglio; set in “Horrorland,” a location from the novels. Superheroes in general are often associated with engaging in constant and unending battles against one foe or another with little in the way of reason behind them, while giant kaiju-style monsters often aren’t held in much higher esteem thanks to their overall penchant for destroying large cities, but doing little else.
