Synopsis
The story of Steins;Gate takes place in Akihabara and is about a group of friends who have managed to customize their microwave into a device that can send text messages to the past. As they perform different experiments, an organization named SERN who has been doing their own research on time travel tracks them down and now the characters have to find a way to avoid being captured by them.

What would you do if you could go back in time? Would you go back and kill Hitler, possibly altering the entire history of the world and giving Kouta Hirano no good villains for Hellsing? News Sega/Atlus Website Lists Steins;Gate Elite for Nintendo Switch
Game developers Sega and Atlus opened a website on Friday for the titles they are presenting at Tokyo Game Show 2017. The website lists the Steins;Gate Elite game not only for the previously announced PlayStation 4 and PS Vita platforms, but also for the Nintendo Switch. Steins;Gate Elite is a major update of the original Steins;Gate game from Mages. with new elements. It will launch next spring. Set in Tokyo's Akihabara district, the original game followed Rintarō Okabe as he changes fate by travelling between different world lines. The game inspired a 2011 television anime as well as the Steins;Gate: The Movie - Load Region of Déjà Vu sequel, and the game franchise boasts over 1 million copies. The followup game Steins;Gate 0 is inspiring its own anime project. Tokyo Game Show will run from September 21 to September 24, although only the last two days are open to the general public.
