New company's debut original work is VR visual novel slated for October 5 Japanese developer Rockin Heart Games announced on Thursday that it is developing its first original game, titled Tear: Owari to Hajimari no Shizuku. The title is slated for the PlayStation 4 on October 5, and it will support the use of the PlayStation VR headset. In the game, players use a device called "Tear" to be able to travel freely between reality and illusion, and will solve multiple incidents involving serial kidnappings, the paranormal, UFOs, science fiction, espionage, the military, and other mysteries. The game's story will eventually involve a battle with the beginning and end of the world at stake. The mystery revolves around the "Third Secret of Fatima." The game will allow players to view the story from the point of view of multiple protagonists using a "multi-sight system" that will require players to solve complex mysteries to reveal the trick behi

The official website for the Just Because! original anime project unveiled the anime's new visual on Friday. The anime will premiere on October 5 on AT-X (9:00 p.m.), Tokyo MX (11:30 p.m.), and TV Kanagawa (1:00 a.m., effectively October 6 morning). The series will also premiere on October 6 on MBS (2:55 a.m., effectively October 7 morning), and on October 10 on BS Fuji (12:30 a.m., effectively October 11 morning). 4-player co-op dark fantasy slated for winter Game developer Inti Creates unveiled its new game titled Dragon: Marked for Death on Thursday. The "dark fantasy style action RPG" is slated for release on the Nintendo Switch in winter. The game will feature the return of staff members from Mega Man Zero, including director Ryota Ito, character designer Toru Nakayama, chief character graphics designer Horikatsu Maeda, scenario writer and world planner Makoto Yabe, sound producer Ippō Yamada, main programmer Akihiro Shishido, lead programmer Shinichi Sema, and producer Takuya Aizu. The game is a 2D side-scrolling action game that supports up to four players through local or online multiplayer. Players pick one of four classes with different abilities: the Princess, the Warrior, the Shinobi, or the Witch. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare developer today released a trailer for the game's co-op mode, which we knew existed, but didn't have any details on. Now we know a bit more, thanks to the video you see below. Titled “Power Changes Everything,” the three-minute clip gives viewers a look at what makes the upcoming first-person shooter "the total gaming package", according to the publisher. Advanced Warfare's co-op mode is called "Exo Survival," and it supports up to four players. You'll work together to fend off waves of enemies, including mechs. Presumably, the waves of enemies will become progressively more difficult to defeat. The game's co-op mode will sit alongside Advanced Warfare's other two main modes: single-player and multiplayer. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is slated for a November release on Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
