Full cast returns from otome game

An official website for the anime adaptation of the television anime adaptation of Marvelous, Kadokawa, and Idea Factory's Otomate otome game brand's Sengoku Night Blood smartphone game opened on Wednesday, revealing a key visual and the main staff and cast.

The anime will premiere in October on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, TV Aichi, and BS11.

Katsuya Kikuchi (The Royal Tutor) is directing the anime at Typhoon Graphics (One Room, Room Mate) with series composition by Yuuko Kakihara (Digimon Adventure tri., Orange). Sei Komatsubara, Reina Okuyama, and Chisato Nakata are adapting the character designs for animation. Naoyuki Horiko is composing the music. Other staff members include:

The iOS and Android game launched in Japan on May 30. The game centers around different warlords from Japan's Warring States (Sengoku) period, who are all involved with the player character. The game is described as a "Warring States romance fantasy." Each of the six factions in the game feature a different Otomate artist.

Original character designers for the game include Usaba Kagero (Wand of Fortune) for the Oda Army, Mai Hanamura (Amnesia) for the Toyotomi Army, Shikisakigumi (Hakuōki) for the Uesugi Army, miko (Code:Realize) for the Takeda Army, Kuroyuki (Period:Cube) for the Sanada Army, and Teita (Norn9) for the Date Army.
