For those of you who will be playing "Mortal Kombat X", you may notice one of the new characters looks an awful lot like a certain UFC strawweight fighter Felice Herrig, who is fighting this Saturday on FOX 15 card.
Felice Herrig has made an observation about one of Mortal Kombat X’s new additions, Cassie Cage.
Speaking via Twitter and Instagram, Herrig pointed out the similarities between herself and MKX’s Cassie Cage, saying:
“After careful investigation I think it's safe to say Mortal Kombat X definitely used my likeness for [Cassie Cage].”
Having previously competed in Bellator and Invicta, Herrig became widely-known to the MMA audience during The Ultimate Fighter 20.

Herrig was first made aware of Cassie Cage a few months ago. Back then, she found the resemblance to be a bit odd, but she didn’t have a whole lot to go on.
In recent days, however, more footage and promo materials have surfaced, and Herrig doesn’t like what she sees.
Is the similarities are intentional or just a coincidence? What do you think?
