The avocado almost tastes like guacamole. It almost seems as though they slightly mashed it to make it incredibly creamy and somewhat thick. To enjoy this roll, you must really enjoy avocado.

When you visit Sushi Garden, you MUST try the Alaska Roll since they prepare it differently from other restaurants. The sushi melts in your mouth and has a sauce like the dressing that is typically served on top of salads at sushi restaurants.

Tako Yaki

Avocado adds creaminess, and all the fresh vegetables add crispness. It is a fantastic starter. The Teriyaki Hoisin sauce that is served with it is excellent, but there is also a Japanese salad dressing that resembles Thousand Island dressing on the side. The Japanese salad dressing does not go well with the excellent Hoisin.

Tuna Gomae

They combine the gomae (sesame) sauce with ponzu vinaigrette, the tuna sashimi marinated in gomae sauce, and spinach, which gives it a tangy, nutty, and lemony taste. Eight substantial tuna cubes are served in a sizable bowl.
