Went back to store purchased card from computer printout received of activation when card purchased. Sent that to mygiftcardmall - still no response.$100 wasted. They declined my purchases after I had no problem with the first one. They told me that there was a problem to try again.

My experience with giftcard mall was terrible! First, they did not send the gift card (or a notification) and now it has been over a month and even after calling them 4 times, they have not refunded my money. I received a $100 dollar gift card in april. Terrible waste of money to the gift giver.


Someone else accessed the card.After reading the various reviews and having our own experience, I can only conclude that this is in fact a scam. I am trying to resolve the issue once again, but get lost in the ivr system with endless options and little answers. Mastercard® gift card are subject to terms & conditions. I received three $100 cards as gifts. One card had a balance of eight dollars on it when I tried to use it. I was unable to activate the other two after trying many, many times! Also, their customer service was the worst! I would recommend strongly using another company when buying a gift card. I wish you could leave a negative rating for this company.
