Gist of history is given on the serial killer by the author which is good. At least we know why the Team Leader hunting for him. Good explanation on why part of the murder happens. Storyline/Plot need to be further enhanced. I don't really liked the font, hopefully the scanlations team will change it in the future. Good art style. I hope this could developed better.
