News Konohana Kitan Anime Premieres October 4
The official website for the television anime of Sakuya Amano's Konohana Kitan manga announced on Wednesday that the series will premiere on AT-X on October 4 at 8:00 p.m., and later the same evening on Tokyo MX. It will also air the following evening on BS11 and at an as-yet-unspecified time on Kansai TV. The staff will hold a preview screening with a cast talkshow on September 24. Hideki Okamoto (Nagasarete Airantou, Nana to Kaoru, D.C. II: Da Capo II) is directing the series at Lerche. Takao Yoshioka (WATAMOTE, Ikki Tousen, Elfen Lied) is handling the series composition, and Keiko Kurosawa (Scum's Wish, Undefeated Bahamut Chronicle) is the character designer. Music group eufonius is performing the opening theme song.
