The video previews the game's Zeta Gundam characters. The company streamed a video for Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory characters on Tuesday. The company previously streamed similar videos for Gundam 08th MS Team and Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt characters. Bandai Namco Entertainment America is hosting an open beta for the game from September 2-3. The game shipped in Japan in July. Bandai Namco Entertainment will release the game in the Americas, Europe, and Southeast Asia on September 29. Those who pre-order the game in the U.S. at participating retailers will receive the BN-876 ß Hot Scramble Gundam (pictured below) along with bonus DLC characters including ASW-G-08 Gundam Barbatos Lupus and GN-005 Gundam Virtue. As if 2017's nonstop parade of excellent video games wasn't already enough, the past few weeks have seen the Switch's indie line-up upgrade from “good” to “positively bonkers.” Most of these games are out on other platforms, but the option of portability is making all the difference in ensuring they feel at home on Nintendo's latest. Stardew Valley and Axiom Verge are out this week, following the delightful SteamWorld Dig 2 and the absolutely captivating sports RPG, Golf Story. Seriously, if you've got fond feelings toward Camelot's portable Mario Golf games, Golf Story is exactly the follow-up you've been looking for. I also managed to procure a SNES Mini this week, with very little effort. I went to a store the day they were released, walked inside, and bought one. There were plenty there. The Gundam.info website revealed on Thursday that Bandai Namco Entertainment's Gundam Versus PlayStation 4 game will add Atlas Gundam from Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt as downloadable content in Japan at the end of November. The update will cost 602 yen (about US$5). The game shipped in Japan in July. Bandai Namco Entertainment released the game in the Americas, Europe, and Southeast Asia in September. Unlike other games in the series, Gundam Versus is not adapted from an arcade game, but was developed with the PlayStation 4 console in mind. The game contains the series' familiar two-on-two battles, but has other game modes. The game features Boost Action (including boost dash, boost step, and new boost dive), Striker Select, and Awakening battle systems.
