Gonna be honest, needs a lot of work. There's some potential in your art-style, but the profile shots of people's faces needs a lot more practice. You also left the Guide-Lines in on one panel. which just makes it look messy. Could stand to proofread the text as well. The typos and grammatical issues made it clunky to read. Keep working at it, and you'll get the hang of it.
