Oops, I forgot to put the title in the last Bonus I inserted in the oneshot story. The title is, "The KING'S MISTRESS". A story about Xhamara who was forced to become a King's Mistress. It has a lot of twists on this novel so it's not good to have only a ONESHOT. Just a special chapter i will presented soon. Hope you'll like it! Thanks!

Ukraine War: The Donbas body collector who has lost count
Aleksey Yukov standing next to the white van, marked with a red cross
Image caption,
Aleksey Yukov and his men recover dead bodies of Ukrainian and Russian soldiers killed in combat in the Donbas
Aleksey Yukov has lost count of the bodies he's recovered in the Donbas over the past five months. He says he thinks it's more than 300, but he can't be sure.

Aleksey and his men drive a refrigerated white van, marked with a red cross, to carry out their work. They often drive towards danger to collect the bodies and remains of dead Ukrainian and Russian troops and civilians.

"We work with no days off. Constantly. We drive, we investigate, we transport, we search, all the time," he says.

It's grim work too - digging up the decomposing bodies of Russian soldiers buried in shallow trenches, or gathering their remains from burnt out armoured vehicles.

According to the United Nations, more than 5,000 Ukrainian civilians have been killed since Russia invaded in February.

There are no official figures for how many Ukrainian troops have died. But one adviser to President Zelensky told the BBC last month that between 100-200 Ukrainian soldiers were being killed every day. On average it's at the lower end of that scale.

Aleksey says that figure sounds realistic to him. But he believes the Russians are losing three times that number.

One Ukrainian soldier we spoke to, who had fought in Severodonetsk, described Russian tactics as similar to the First World War - with waves of their infantry running into a hail of bullets.

Who does Aleksey think is winning the war? "It's not about who is winning," he says. "It's about who's right. They [Russia] came here and that was unforgivable".

Every Ukrainian soldier we spoke to said they still believed they could win. Even in units that had suffered combat casualties of more than half of the troops.

But it's taking its toll on the living as well as the dead. Aleksey hasn't seen his one-year-old daughter for months.

"This war has ruined the life you had and the one you've been building," he says.

He adds that at the end of the day it all catches up: "That feeling when you are empty inside. The unfillable void".

Why Russia wants to seize Ukraine's eastern Donbas
Death comes quickly in the Donbas. Russian shells take mere seconds to land, and they're being used in industrial quantities. On average Russia is firing 20,000 artillery shells a day. Ukraine is able to respond with just 6,000.

There's no respite from the sound of heavy shelling at a military medical station we visit. The chief medical officer - who only wants to be known as Dr Anatoliy for his own safety - describes the situation on the frontline as "fragile".

He shows us photographs of a badly damaged military ambulance - riddled with bullet holes and torn to shreds by shrapnel. Dr Anatoliy says the red cross painted on their vehicles mean nothing to Russians. Two more ambulances are waiting outside the building under camouflage nets - ready to go to pick up the injured.

Before volunteering to join the army Tina worked at a children's hospital
We meet Tina and Polina, two front line medics.

Tina used to work at a children's hospital before she volunteered to join the army. She wipes away tears as she talks about the family she's now missing.

"The pain goes away, because you have a task: to get a person to a hospital alive" she says. I ask if she's scared. "Of course it's scary. When a shell lands nearby, everything shrinks inside you".

For every soldier killed many more are injured. Tina says she's not allowed to give numbers but adds "there are casualties almost every day, and not just one. Sometimes many, sometimes a lot".

Polina standing near a vehicle

Twenty-one-year-old Polina says she exercises and listens to music to keep some sense of normality
Polina is just 21. The war's already cast a big shadow over her short life.

Her father and uncle are now prisoners in Russian-occupied Ukraine. She says she's trying her best not to let it get her down. She exercises and listens to music whenever she can - just to keep some sense of normality.

But Polina admits it's hard not to feel gloomy and depressed: "Apart from the bullets flying over your head, wounded people - and those wounded are often my friends and buddies - if you're taking it to heart it's going to be tough".

It's the troops she treats who give her hope.

"The guys who are injured and exhausted don't even want to go to hospital sometimes. They say I'm not going to leave my mates, we're holding the line together".

Pediatrician Sugar Land Offers a Full Range of Pediatric Services
Pediatrician Sugar Land offers a full range of pediatric services from prenatal visits for expecting parents to well-child checkups, sports physicals, immunization, and sick appointments.

A pediatrician will conduct a physical examination, checking the general health of your child and establishing a growth chart. They will also ask about any underlying medical conditions or hereditary diseases.

Prenatal Visits
Prenatal visits offer an excellent chance for moms-to-be to talk with their doctor about anything that may be causing them concern. It's also a good time for moms-to-be to share their pregnancy and birth plans with their partner or children so that everyone can be prepared to support them.

Early in your pregnancy, your doctor will do a number of tests to check for health problems and infections that could cause harm to you or your baby. At these appointments, your provider will also ask you questions about your weight and blood pressure, and will watch for signs that you might be dilating your cervix.

During the second trimester, your doctor will continue to monitor your growth and weight, but will also listen to the fetal heartbeat using a tiny device called a Doppler. This is especially important for twin pregnancies, which are often more likely to be born before term and have a higher risk of health problems.

Your doctor will also check your blood and urine for signs of high blood pressure, anemia and gestational diabetes. If they find any of these conditions, your doctor will work with you to help manage them so that they don't put you or your baby at risk.

Your doctor will schedule you for a regular series of prenatal visits, typically every four weeks during your first trimester. If your pregnancy is considered high-risk, you'll be asked to come in more frequently.

Well-Child Checkup
A well-child checkup is one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends well-child visits for all children, starting when they're born and continuing throughout their lives.

These well-child checkups can help your pediatrician monitor and evaluate your child's physical, emotional and social development. They can also provide guidance on immunizations, if needed, and perform screening tests that can detect developmental delays or problems early on.

In addition, a well-child checkup is a time for the doctor to get to know your child and you as a family. This relationship can foster a strong, trusting bond that can lead to optimal health.

The visit usually includes a head-to-toe exam, weight and height measurement, an exam of the ears, eyes, mouth, heart and genitals, and a discussion about your child's growth and development. The doctor may use a resource called Bright Futures to assess your child's development and guide the conversation with you.

Many pediatricians recommend that a well-child checkup be scheduled before your child starts preschool or kindergarten. This helps the doctor see how your child is developing and make sure that they are reaching all of their milestones on time.

Despite this recommendation, only 83 percent of children receive a well-child visit in a given year, and only 20 percent of teens do. Fortunately, modern tools like text message reminders can help increase the percentage of adolescents that get annual well-child exams. The American Academy of Pediatrics encourages parents to set an appointment for a well-child checkup every year to promote their child's health and wellness. This will help to ensure that your child has the most comprehensive care available.

Sports Physicals
Many schools and youth athletic leagues require kids to get a sports physical before participating in a sport. This is a great way to ensure that your child is healthy enough to play the sports they love.

Getting a sports physical with your doctor, instead of at the gym or a walk-in urgent care center, can help protect your child’s health. In fact, six national primary care and sports medicine organizations recommend that teens receive a sports physical as part of their annual health exam with a pediatrician.

A sports physical is similar to a regular checkup in that it includes a medical history and a physical exam. The healthcare provider will record your child’s height and weight, take their blood pressure and pulse, test their vision, and check their flexibility, strength and joints.

You may need to bring some documents with you to the appointment, such as your child’s immunization record and any dietary supplements or medications they take. The provider will also review your child’s medical history, which includes any serious illnesses in their family and past injuries.

The healthcare provider will do a thorough physical exam, including checking your child’s ears, nose, throat, lungs, and heart. They will also take their blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation level as well as measure their height and weight.

The healthcare provider will also do a urine test to screen for indicators of any underlying medical conditions. Your pediatrician will be able to provide you with a referral if your child has any concerns that require further treatment or diagnosis. These referrals can be made directly to subspecialists if necessary.

Immunization
One of the best things you can do for your child’s health is to get them vaccinated. Not only does it keep them safe from contagious diseases, it can save you time and money in the long run.

Vaccines have been around for quite some time and come in a variety of forms. From a single injection to shots given via nasal spray, they can do the job and save you from unnecessary medical bills down the road.

In fact, it has been estimated that the number of children impacted by preventable illnesses can be reduced by a significant percentage by making sure they get the recommended immunizations as soon as possible.

The team at Gentle Pediatrics in Sugar Land, Richmond, and the Rosenberg area can help you make sure that your child gets all the vaccines they need to avoid a trip to the emergency room down the road. Call us today to schedule a visit with one of our expert providers!

We’ll also be sure to touch on all the other important facets of your child’s health. We know you want the best for your family, and we’ll be here to help you every step of the way.

Sick Appointments
If your child becomes ill, call Gentle Pediatrics to schedule an appointment with one of our pediatricians. Our doctors are available for sick appointments during regular office hours and on weekends, so your child can be seen quickly and efficiently.

Our physicians are dedicated to providing a friendly, calm, and professional environment for your children’s health care needs. They specialize in pediatrics and are well-qualified to address any issues your child may be experiencing. Our doctors also provide routine and preventative care, including yearly checkups and vaccinations.

Sick visits are generally best with the same physician who sees your child for their regular checkups and physicals. In the event that your doctor is unavailable during a sick visit, another doctor in our office will be available to see your child.

For your convenience, the office is open on weekends from 9am to 11am for sick visits. You can also contact our answering service to speak with the doctor on call. We encourage you to contact our office at least 24 hours prior to your child’s appointment, so we can ensure that we have all necessary information on hand. Our staff is trained to answer questions and schedule your child’s appointment in a timely manner.

**How to Airbrush Shirts: A Comprehensive Guide**

Airbrushing shirts is a creative and fun way to personalize your wardrobe or create unique designs for yourself, friends, or even as a business venture. While it may seem daunting at first, with the right equipment, techniques, and a bit of practice, anyone can learn how to airbrush shirts like a pro. Here's a comprehensive guide to help you get started:

**1. Gather Your Materials**

Before you begin airbrushing shirts, it's essential to gather all the necessary materials:

- Airbrush kit: This includes an airbrush gun, compressor, and hoses.

- Fabric paint: Choose high-quality fabric paints that are specifically designed for airbrushing.

- Stencils: Stencils are useful for creating precise designs and patterns.

- Painter's tape: Use painter's tape to mask off areas of the shirt you don't want to paint.

- Shirts: Select shirts made from cotton or a cotton-polyester blend, as they provide the best surface for airbrushing.

**2. Prepare Your Workspace**

Set up a clean, well-ventilated workspace where you can comfortably work without any interruptions. Cover your work surface with newspaper or a drop cloth to protect it from overspray.

**3. Prepare the Shirt**

Before you begin airbrushing, wash and dry the shirt to remove any dirt, oils, or sizing. This ensures that the paint adheres properly to the fabric.

**4. Practice Your Technique**

Before you start airbrushing your shirt, spend some time practicing your technique on a piece of scrap fabric or paper. Experiment with different airbrush pressures, paint flow, and hand movements to get a feel for how the airbrush gun works.

**5. Apply the Design**

Once you feel comfortable with your technique, it's time to apply the design to your shirt. If you're using stencils, carefully position them on the shirt and secure them in place with painter's tape. Adjust the airbrush gun settings to achieve the desired paint flow and begin airbrushing the design onto the shirt.

**6. Take Your Time**

Airbrushing shirts requires patience and attention to detail. Take your time to ensure that each layer of paint is applied evenly and allow each layer to dry before applying the next one. Avoid rushing the process, as this can lead to smudges or uneven coverage.

**7. Add Details and Highlights**

Once the base design is complete, you can add details and highlights to enhance the overall look of the shirt. Use finer airbrush tips and lighter paint shades to create intricate details and highlights that make your design pop.

**8. Let the Shirt Dry**

Once you're satisfied with the design, allow the shirt to dry completely before wearing or handling it. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for drying times and heat setting the paint, if necessary, to ensure it adheres properly to the fabric.

**9. Care for Your Airbrushed Shirt**

To ensure the longevity of your airbrushed shirt, wash it inside out in cold water and avoid using harsh detergents or bleach. Hang the shirt to dry or tumble dry on low heat to prevent the paint from fading or cracking.

With practice and patience, you can master the art of airbrushing shirts and create stunning designs that showcase your creativity and style. So, grab your airbrush kit and start turning plain shirts into works of art!
