You have so much work-related stress that you can not unwind or go to sleep. A trusted friend advised you to treat yourself to a therapeutic body rub to help alleviate the discomfort. It seemed like a fantastic idea, but you had never gone to a body rub therapist. You feel some apprehension since you just do not know what to anticipate.
