PS4/Vita game ships in N. America, Europe in November NIS America began streaming a trailer for its Demon Gaze II game on Thursday. The video previews the game's Asteria setting, and also shows some of the monsters the players will face throughout the game. The game will launch for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in North America on November 14 and in Europe on November 17. The game will be available in both physical and digital copies. Both consoles will have a limited edition with a soundtrack, hardcover art book, and collector's box. Kadokawa Games released Demon Gaze II for PS Vita in Japan last September. NIS America previously released the first Demon Gaze fantasy dungeon role-playing game for the PS Vita in North America and in Europe in April 2014. Last month, IDW Publishing announced a Goosebumps comic book series, inspired by R.L. Stine’s classic line of children’s horror novels. The series is slated to run for three-issue arcs, from a variety of creative teams starting with Monsters at Midnight by writer Jeremy Lambert and artist Chris Fenoglio; set in “Horrorland,” a location from the novels. Game slated for worldwide launch on PS4, Xbox One on January 26 The official YouTube channel of PlayStation Japan began streaming a commercial for CAPCOM's upcoming Monster Hunter: World game for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The video highlights the game's world and monsters. The game is slated for a worldwide release on PS4 and Xbox One on January 26. The game will be available in Digital Deluxe Edition and Collector's Edition versions. The Digital Deluxe Edition will come with the Samurai Set armor, three additional gestures, two additional sticker sets, an additional face paint, and additional hair style. The nominations of have been announced for the 2018 Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards, led by My Favorite Thing Is Monsters and Monstress. Presented in July at Comic-Con International in San Diego, the awards celebrate comics and graphic novels published between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2017. First-time graphic novelist Emil Ferris received five nominations for My Favorite Thing Is Monsters (Fantagraphics), including for Best Graphic Album–New, Best Writer/Artist, and Best Publication Design. Marjorie Liu and Sana Takeda’s Monstress (Image Comics) earned Liu a nod for Best Writer and Takeda for Best Painter and Best Cover Artist. Monstress is also nominated for Best Continuing Series and Best Publication for Teens. Publishers Fantagraphics and Image collected the most nominations. King Ghidorah Wants The ThroneEarly on in the trailer, we see a cave painting depicting Ghidorah (a throwback to 2016’s Kong: Skull Island post-credits with Monarch and images of the Titans), and around the 2:00 mark, the payoff comes as we see a silhouette of the three-headed dragon-esque being. It’s a haunting tease but one that we don’t mind being kept secret, for now. Monarch has classified Ghidorah, found in slumber in Antarctica, as “Monster Zero,” hinting their tests might date it as the oldest of the Titans. In the open world of Minecraft, nothing is impossible, and with the addition of mobs to the map, monsters in paper minecraft are an interesting experience for those who love horror. 1. Baby Zombie and Chicken Jockey Regular zombies are pretty easy to deal with. They can be dangerous at very close distances, but with their slow movement, you can completely handle them. Unlike normal zombies, Baby Zombie and Chicken Jockey will make the game more difficult. These zombies have huge improvements in movement speed and attack. Although the damage is smaller, the rapid attacks wear down your shield. Even worse, zombies riding a chicken will shield Baby Zombie and Chicken Jockey zombies and remove their ability to deal damage when falling. 2. Guardian Elder They are better known for their scares when passing a monument in the ocean, but the older guardians are quite difficult to deal with in battle. You have to fight this elderly guardian in the water, which makes moving a bit more difficult.
